We finally moved into our new town home in the DC area! Yeah!
After project I've Got the Loan and You have the Home so Why the F Can't We Just Trade and Be Done with it? we've started project Load Garbage Bags Full of Money and Give it to Home Depot and Ikea in Exchange for Some Cans of Paint and Furniture Made Out of Balsam Wood.

Living room and kitchen before painting but after floors refinished. Note the dark green on the kitchen walls...it took three coats of paint to bring it out of the mid 90's.
Downstairs den and hallway. Not bad, but needed some color.
